I had gone to three stores before walking in to P.C. Richard. I should have gone there right from the start and saved my time. I was greeted immediately by Johnny. So glad to have his assistance and expertise in helping my buy a gas dryer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When going to purchase anything from this store, please request Jonny. Wow!!! what a difference in sales experience, I've been shopping around for a washing machine, from consumers report from loads washers are better than top loads, but from the expert HERTEL I was totally convinced that top loads are much better in terms of economical and maintenance issues. Front loads washers can leak after couple of years and floods your beautiful home, top loads "WILL NEVER" leak.

This is the best place to purchase electronics and appliances. The store is very clean and organized. Everytime I enter in the store I'm always greeted at the door. The past few times, I have worked with the sales associates, they are awesome!!! They take the time to listen to what your looking for, very knowledgeable on the products in the store, their mannerism is phenomenal, and not to mention they will find you decent prices.
So where do I begin…Today (Sunday 11/19/17) I had one of the most excellent shopping experiences, which began at 10:04 a.m. before I even left my home. A little background information. I have been searching for a gas range for the past 2 weeks and could not find a distributor who had the range in stock and able to deliver it before Thanksgiving Day. My husband suggested that I check the PC Richards website which advertised delivery and installation of the range (LDG4315BD) by 11/21/17. I was skeptical so I immediately called the store and was lucky enough to have Johnny answer the phone. He was extremely helpful. He provided superb customer service from the moment he answered the phone. He checked their stock and informed me that they only had 1 range remaining. To ensure I would have my range installed before Thanksgiving Day, he astutely suggested that I place the order over the phone and pay just 10% down to hold the merchandise until I can come in and complete the order. He then emailed me the receipt of the hold to alleviate my fears. When I arrived at the store later that day, he had the original receipt waiting for me and I was able to complete my purchase. Johnny was extremely pleasant and patient from the initiation of my phone call until the purchase was completed which included searching for a microwave that I wanted to purchase. He is an example of what quality customer service should entail. I will definitely have PC Richards at the top of my list for any additional purchases I will be making in the future.
My boyfriend and I came in looking to buy a new TV. We weren't really sure what we wanted and what was the best thing for us. Alex was very helpful; he told us all of our choices and tried to help pick one based on what we wanted and our budget. Great store, great service!
